Returns & Exchanges

We’re so sorry if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received. Please review our Return & Exchanges Policy below:

We have a 16-day return policy, which means you have 16 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We only accept returns due to quality problems of the products. If your size or color is incorrect, please choose to exchange the item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exchanges & returns without tags will not be accepted.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the return & exchange shipping cost. All shipping cost(s) and handling fees are non-refundable. 

For Returns:

At Still Moving, we stand behind our high quality craftsmanship. In order to offer you a good experience, before sending your package, we will strictly inspect the products to ensure that there are no quality issues. If for some reason, you feel as though the item is faulty, please email us at info@thestillmoving.com with 3-4 large well lit photos of the item, along with your order number and we will contact you with next steps. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thestillmoving.com. Please contact us for the return address. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (Shipping fees are nonrefundable) back onto your account.

For Exchanges:


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please ship it back to our return address for a refund, and place a new order as an exchange. Please contact us for the return address. Once the product is received, the cost of the product will be refunded to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days. 

All shipping cost(s) and handling fees are non-refundable. 

 

International Taxes and Duties: 

Please note that we have no control over how long the customs department holds up your package, nor the fees that may be charged upon arrival of your order. Customers will be responsible for all customs or hidden costs that are applied to the package by the destination country. 

 

Order Cancelation

If order is canceled due to unavailability, you will be 100% refunded. Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other information carefully before making payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If you want to cancel your order, please email us at info@thestillmoving.com. If you decide to cancel the order, it can be done for free before the package are dispatched. We usually arrange for shipment within 48 hours.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Lost Packages

In order to offer you a pleasant shopping experience we offer free insurance coverage for your parcel. All packages are insured, if the package is lost, you will be refunded 100%.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 


Unfortunately, If the tag of the product has been removed, we cannot accept returns on the items. We cannot accept returns for items after 16 days of receiving your package or on-sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period 


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
